RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on
SENS on 09 November 2022 and the subsequent renewals of such
announcement, the latest dated 07 February 2023, wherein the Company
advised that Sekunjalo Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited
(“Sekunjalo”) substitute to AEEI as the offeror, has made a firm
intention to make an offer to acquire all of the ordinary shares in
the Company not held by AEEI and shareholders acting in concert with
AEEI (“Proposed Transaction”).


The abovementioned negotiations on the Proposed Transaction are still
in progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in their PFB securities until a further announcement is made.
