Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Dumisa Hlatshwayo
has been appointed as a non-executive director, with effect from
1 February 2020.Mr Hlatshwayo will also serve as a member of the
Group Audit Committee.

Mr Hlatshwayo is the Chief Financial Officer at Fundi Capital, a
leading education finance and education fund management solution
specialist, a position that he has held for the last 3 years.
Prior to joining Fundi Capital, Mr Hlatshwayo was the Chief
Investment Officer at the Development Bank of South Africa
(DBSA), a National Treasury sponsored Bank. Mr Hlatshwayo is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds an MBA from the
Potchefstroom University.

The Board welcomes Mr Hlatshwayo and looks forward to his
contribution to the Group.
