NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
INTEGRATED REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Group's Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30
June 2019 ("AFS"), together with the 2019 Integrated Report, will be available on the Group's
website www.rolfesza.net/results-reports-presentations on Thursday, 31 October 2019.
The AFS contains no changes to the summarised Audited Consolidated Financial Results released
on the Stock Exchange News Services on 30 September 2019. The AFS have been audited by
the Group's auditors, KPMG Inc., and their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of Rolfes together with the AFS identified in the audit opinion.
Shareholders are further advised that the summarised Audited Consolidated Financial Results for
the year ended 30 June 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be
distributed to shareholders on or about Monday, 18 November 2019.
Shareholders are referred to the Firm Intention Announcement released on SENS on Thursday,
31 October 2019 and are advised that the distribution of the Notice of The Annual General Meeting
is expected to coincide with the distribution of the Circular relating to the Scheme,
The Annual General Meeting for the year ended 30 June 2019, as well as the Scheme Meeting
will be held at 9:00 and 10:00 respectively, on or about Wednesday, 18 December 2019.
