FURTHER EXTENSION TO POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 1 February 2023 with regard to the proposed acquisition of
Magetz Electrical cc and Power On Wheels cc (together, "Bundu Power") (the "Proposed Transaction") and the
circular that would be distributed to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Transaction (the "Circular"), as
well as the announcement of 31 May 2023 detailing the extension granted to Ellies with regard to the deadline for the
distribution of the Circular.
In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the pro forma financial information to be included in the Circular must be
prepared based on the most recent published financial information of Ellies. As the audited financial results for the year
ended 30 April 2023 have now been published, the pro forma financial information as disclosed in the Circular is in the
process of being updated. The JSE has granted a further extension to Ellies with regard to the posting of the Circular
and as such, the Circular is expected to be distributed to shareholders by 31 August 2023.
