shareholders of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held at 15:30 on Monday,
21 November 2022 at the Protea Hotel, Techno Avenue, Technopark in Stellenbosch, and further
advised shareholders of the imminent availability of the Company’s integrated report and the corporate
