REVISED FORM OF PROXY


Shareholders are referred to the form of proxy forming part of the notice of annual general meeting which was
dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 30 October 2020, and are advised that the ordinary resolution number
12 (in respect of the implementation of resolutions) was not included on the form of proxy.

The replacement form of proxy makes provision for all the resolutions required to be voted on at the annual
general meeting, including the proposed ordinary resolution number 12, for shareholders to authorise the
implementation of the resolutions in the notice of the annual general meeting (AGM).

Shareholders are reminded that the AGM will be held via a remote interactive electronic platform, Microsoft
Teams, on Monday, 30 November 2020 at 13:00.

The last date by which you need to be registered as a shareholder in the company’s register for the purposes
of being entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 20 November 2020 (“the record date”). The last day
to trade in Texton shares to be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is Tuesday, 17 November 2020.

Copies of a revised form of proxy and notice of AGM are available at the Company’s registered office, and the
