EXPIRY OF SHARE OPTIONS ENTERED INTO ON 25 SEPTEMBER 2015 AND PURCHASE OF SHARES
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
following is disclosed:
Expiry of share options
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 September 2015, wherein
shareholders were advised that, Tactical Software Systems Proprietary Limited, an associate of a director
of the Company, had entered into a “purchase of put options off market”. The “purchase of put options” was
settled off-market on 23 October 2017, resulting in the delivery of 89 286 shares at the put strike price of
R148.48. The following purchase of shares was made to offset the decrease in the associate’s shareholding
as a result of the expiry of the put option.
