EXTENSION OF THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THE AMENDED BUSINESS RESCUE
PLAN

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 31 October 2023, wherein
the Company advised that creditors voted in favour of extending the date of publication of the
Company's amended business rescue plan to no later than 24 November 2023 and a further
adjournment of the meeting to determine the future of the Company to no later than
30 November 2023.

Shareholders are hereby advised that in accordance with the provisions of section 150(5)(b)
of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, the holders of the requisite majority of the
creditors' voting interests voted in favour of extending the date of publication of the Company's
amended business rescue plan to no later than 29 November 2023.

The meeting to determine the future of the Company will be held no later than
8 December 2023.

FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are further referred to the previous cautionary and renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was released on SENS on 31 October 2023. Tongaat
Hulett's shares remain suspended on the JSE, and shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution in relation to the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
