As disclosed in the 2021 Integrated Report, the 2018 allocation of performance shares vested at
approximately 83.34% of the allocation. These shares vested on 22 November 2021, with the approval
of the Remuneration Committee and were transferred off-market to the affected executive directors
and prescribed officers. The interests in these transactions will be directly and beneficially held by the
respective executive directors and prescribed officers.
