APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                               
Shareholders are advised that, with immediate effect, Mr Mano Moodley has been  
appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and as a      
member of the audit committee.                                                  
Mano, a mechanical engineer by training, is currently Chief Sourcing Officer at 
Edcon (Pty) Ltd and has extensive business and general management experience.   
Previously Mano was managing director of Synchrony Logistics (Pty) Ltd, managing
director of The Cold Chain and an executive director of a number of companies   
within the Imperial Group.
