APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Clicks Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Bertie van Sittert as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2026.

Bertie (50) is an experienced retail and finance executive and chartered accountant.
After starting his career in auditing where he was an associate director at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, he embarked on a career in retail. Bertie spent six years
with the Clicks Group, including serving as head of finance for Clicks, and during
this time obtained his MBA (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University. He joined
Pepkor in 2014 where he was the Chief executive: finance of Pep Stores for almost
a decade. Earlier this year, Bertie founded Amber Tribe Consulting which
specialises in training in retail, finance and strategic management. He continues to
provide part-time finance project and training services to Pepkor.

Bertie is a certified director through the Institute of Directors SA and serves as a
non-executive director of Business Partners as well as the Pep Foundation and
Fisantekraal Centre for Development.

Clicks Group chairman Mfundiso Njeke said: "Bertie has extensive and current retail
and consumer experience gained over more than two decades in the sector. We are
confident he will add significant value to the board's deliberations, particularly in his
specialist areas of finance, retail operations and strategy."

Following this appointment, the Clicks Group board will comprise seven independent
non-executive directors and two executive directors, with 67% black and 44%
female representation on the board.
