APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the Board is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Noel Patrick Doyle as independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from 1 November 2024.
Noel is a seasoned executive and leader with a proven track record of transitioning seamlessly
between senior financial and operational roles culminating in his tenure as CEO of Tiger
Brands Limited. He also brings extensive experience from across Africa.
Noel is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Ireland and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Noel brings significant experience relevant to the role at Oceana, having previously served for
a period of 6 years between 2013 and 2019 as a non-executive director in the capacity of
shareholder representative for Tiger Brands Limited.
Noel will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The Company looks forward to Mr. Doyle's board participation and contribution and wishes
