TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
Shareholders are advised that the group is currently finalising its results for the twelve months ended
30 September 2025 (the "period"), which will be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited ("JSE") on or about Monday, 17 November 2025.
In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the group is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period will differ by at least 20% from the prior twelve-month period ended 30
September 2024 (the "prior period").
Basic earnings per share ("EPS") and basic headline earnings per share ("HEPS")
The ranges for basic EPS and basic HEPS from group operations for the period are expected to be as follows:

The expected decline in earnings is primarily attributable the decline in trading activities in Vostochnaya
Technica and to lower demand across some Southern African markets.
The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the group's external
