In line with the provisions of the 2020 Super Group Limited Deferred Share Plan (”Share P”),
Executive Directors, the Group Company Secretary of Super Group and Directors of major
subsidiaries were awarded deferred shares on 31 August 2021 based on the 5 day volume weighted
average price of R31.0500 per ordinary share and accepted these awards on 31 August 2021.
