PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION OF ELLIES INDUSTRIES


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 February 2021 regarding the resolution by the board
of directors of Ellies Electronics Proprietary Limited ("Electronics") to cease financial assistance to Ellies Industries
Proprietary Limited (“Industries”) and to commence with an application for the liquidation of Industries.

Shareholders are advised that an order for the provisional liquidation of Industries has been granted by the High Court of
South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg. The court has further ordered a return date of 12 April 2021 when
Electronics will seek a final liquidation order.
