Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, of
the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by executive directors of the company or its major

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares of
the company at a volume weighted average selling price of R30.8600 (high R30.93; low R30.83), were executed
on-market on 28 September 2020, relate to performance shares (in which the persons transacting have a 100%
direct and beneficial interest) that vested on 22 September 2020 and were held in terms of the company’s 2012
share plan, and were undertaken by the relevant persons to rebalance their investment portfolios and/or to settle
