TRANSACTION CAPITAL LIMITED: DONATION TO THE SOLIDARITY FUND AND
COVID-19 INITIATIVES
In response to the call by President Ramaphosa on Thursday, 9 April 2020, and aligned with other
South African businesses, Transaction Capital is proud to announce its support for The Solidarity Fund
in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
All non-executive and executive directors of Transaction Capital have taken salary, benefit and fee
reductions of 30% for the months of April, May and June 2020. All amounts foregone will enable
Transaction Capital to donate to The Solidarity Fund to assist the collective efforts of South Africa in
combating the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, each of the Transaction Capital founders and the chairman of the Board will make a direct
donation to The Solidarity Fund and other initiatives in their private capacity.
