  NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING AN INTERIM REPORT ON THE STATUS OF THE
                BUSINESS RESCUE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMPANY

In accordance with section 132(3)(a) and section 132(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the "Act"),
the business rescue practitioners ("BRPs") have been preparing and distributing reports on the progress
of the business rescue proceedings, and providing the necessary updates at the end of each
subsequent month since the Company was placed under business rescue proceedings. All such reports
have been published and are available on the Company's website, under the 'Business Rescue' tab.

An interim report on the status of the business rescue proceedings of the Company ("Interim BR Status
Report") has been prepared and distributed. The business rescue plan containing the Vision Parties'
proposal, to be executed through Vision Investments 155 (Pty) Ltd ("Vision"), was approved and
adopted by an overwhelming majority of creditors on 11 January 2024 (the "Approved BR Plan"). The
Approved BR Plan remains binding on the Company and all Affected Persons, and the BRPs remain
obligated to implement the Approved BR Plan.

The Interim BR Status Report outlines important aspects of the Approved BR Plan considering the
transactions that are catered for, and details considerations and the proposed way forward in light of
the results of the general meeting, announced on the Stock Exchange News Service on 8 August 2024.

The Interim BR Status Report reiterates the BRPs view that the Company stands a reasonable prospect
of being rescued successfully, as contemplated in section 128(1)(h) of the Act, in a manner that will
balance the rights and interests of all Affected Persons. All shareholders and Affected Persons are
