UPDATE ON THE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("AFS") OF TRUSTCO
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 23 January 2023 in
terms whereof it was advised that Trustco anticipates publishing its restated AFS by 31
January 2023.
Trustco's auditors are in the final stages of completing their audit and internal quality
assurance processes. Trustco would publish the trading statement and restated AFS at the
first available time and the market would be updated accordingly.
Trustco wishes to apologise to its shareholders for any inconvenience caused and
