CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
1. Annual Financial Statements and Change Statement
Oceana shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that Oceana issued its audited consolidated
annual financial statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2021 (“AFS”) on Friday, 25
March 2022. The annual financial statements are available on the Company’s website at
http://oceana.co.za/investors/financial-results.
A Shareholder who wishes to receive a printed copy of the AFS should contact the Company
Secretary at companysecretary@oceana.co.za or JSE Investor Services Proprietary Limited, the
Company’s transfer secretaries.
The annual financial statements contains the following modifications to the reviewed condensed
consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 September 2021 and the reviewed restated
consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 September 2020, published on SENS on
Wednesday, 9 March 2022:

*Contracted and Not contracted budgeted capital commitments for the next financial year increased
in the AFS due to erroneous calculation in the SENS published on 9 March 2022.
Other than set out above there are no other changes to the reviewed condensed consolidated
results for the year ended 30 September 2021 and the reviewed restated condensed consolidated
results for the year ended 30 September 2020, previously published.
The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who issued an
unmodified audit report. The annual financial statements which includes the auditor’s report (with
Key Audit Matters), are available for inspection at Oceana’s registered office and on the Group’s
website at http://oceana.co.za/investors/financial-results.
2. Oceana 2021 Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that an electronic version of the Oceana 2021 Integrated Annual Report
is available for Shareholders to access on the Group’s website
http://oceana.co.za/investors/integrated-reports from today.
3. Notice of Annual General Meeting
Posting of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to Shareholders, which incorporates
summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2021 will commence on
or about 31 March 2022. A further SENS will be released on or about 31 March 2022 advising
shareholders of the date of the AGM and the related salient dates.
4. Availability of B-BBEE Compliance Certificate
Shareholders are advised that the annual compliance certificate in terms of Section 13G(2) of the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No.46 of 2013, is available on the
Group’s website (www.oceana.co.za).
