As a result of the latest “Interest Distribution” of R0.4770453 (ex date 9 June 2021) an adjustment has
been made to the exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is
unprejudiced.
Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant IPFIVB, would like to advise
Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R0.01, effective 1 September 2021, IPFIVB
has now terminated and Holders are entitled to now receive the linked units, being Investec Property
Fund Limited JSE share code IPF ISIN ZAE000180915, at the new exercise price of R0.01 per unit
held, together with the balance of the cash payment being the R 0.4770453 distribution less the
R0.1325 final pay down of the strike (equalling R0.3445 per unit held). This will automatically accrue
to holders via instruction to STRATE.
