CHANGES TO THE BOARD


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 17 July and 14 August 2020 in
which it was stated that Mr C Roberts intends to step down from the board if suitable additional
independent director/s proposed in the Revised AGM Notice (ordinary resolutions 3) are
appointed by shareholders at the AGM, or if the composition of the board is otherwise such
as to retain continuity of compliance with the requirements of King IV, the Companies Act and
the JSE Listings Requirements.

As a result of the new Independent Non-Executive Directors appointed at the Annual General
Meeting on 14 September 2020 and in accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise
that Mr C Roberts, has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company
with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Mr C Roberts for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wish him well in his future endeavours.
