PSG KONSULT INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year
ended 28 February 2017, containing the audited annual financial
statements of the Company, will be available as from 24 May 2017 on the
Company’s    website   at   www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-
information.

A summary of the PSG Konsult group’s consolidated annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2017 and the notice
of the 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company
(“Annual General Meeting”) are being dispatched to shareholders today,
24 May 2017. There have been no modifications to the preliminary results
which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 13 April 2017.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
shareholders of PSG Konsult will be held at Spier Wine Estate, Baden
Powell Drive, Stellenbosch on Friday, 23 June 2017 at 11h00 to transact
the business set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The
notice of the Annual General Meeting is also available on the Company’s
website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/shareholder-communication.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share
register of the Company to be eligible to vote at the Annual General
Meeting will be Thursday, 15 June 2017, with the last day to trade being
Monday, 12 June 2017.
