CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS


IHGL the hotel and leisure focused property investment company, announces the following Board changes
with immediate effect:-

Martin Wilsher has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive director of the Company and
Chairman of the Board. Martin is a qualified accountant with over 30 years’ experience in finance, who
having been the Group Financial Director of Southern Sun and Tsogo Sun for over 15 years, has extensive
experience in the hotel and gaming industries.

Michael Watters has been appointed as a Non-Executive director of the Company. Mike is the Chief
Executive Officer of Redefine International P.L.C., which has a major shareholding in the Company. Mike
is a qualified engineer with over 27 years’ experience in the investment banking and real estate industries, 
a Non-Executive Director of Redefine Properties Ltd and Chairman of Redefine BDL Hotel Group Limited.

Marcel Von Aulock has been appointed as Non-Executive director of the Company. Marcel is the Chief
Executive Officer of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited, which has a major shareholding in the Company. Marcel
is a qualified accountant with over 19 years’ experience in finance.

Daniel Romburgh, is stepping down from both the Board and as a member of the remuneration committee.

Further to the appointments, the IHGL Board will comprise the following directors:-
