OVERVIEW - INTER HOTEL GROUP LTD

International Hotel Group Limited (IHL) is a hotel and leisure focussed property investment vehicle, owning hotels for ongoing sustainable income returns and long-term capital appreciation.

The Company has a geographic focus on the European, specifically UK, hotel sector and affords property investors the opportunity to invest directly in a portfolio of hotel assets.

IHL aims are to provide shareholders with consistent and growing income returns and exposure to capital growth in order to:
  • Create value through managing assets effectively, investing in the portfolio and selling mature assets at the right point in the property cycle.
  • Provide a stable income and balance sheet strength with operations primarily focused within the UK due to the stable political and economic outlook.
Our investment strategy is a focus on limited service, long-lease economy and mid-tier hotels, generally 100+ bedrooms:
  • Assets that can deliver consistent cash returns of circa 7% on equity per annum
  • Limited service budget and mid-tier hotel sectors
  • Assets situated in the UK and European countries
  • Refurbishment and/or conversion of existing buildings
  • Leased hotels with tenants of substantial balance sheet strength
IHL was incorporated as a business company in the British Virgin Islands on 10 February 2015.
