AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND BROAD-BASED BLACK 
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders and noteholders ("security holders") are advised that the Company's Integrated Report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("audited AFS"), on which the Company's auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., have expressed an unmodified audit opinion is available on the Company's website at:
https://www.resilient.co.za/downloads.htm?Subcategory=2022. The audited AFS contain no changes from the provisional
audited summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 which were published on
SENS on 23 March 2023.

The Integrated Report includes a notice of annual general meeting of Resilient shareholders, which will be held at the
Company's registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, 2191, on Thursday, 22 June 2023 at
14h00. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Monday,
12 June 2023 and the record date for voting purposes is Thursday, 15 June 2023.

Security holders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available
on the Company's website at: https://www.resilient.co.za/bee.htm?contentID=28.
