NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
SECTION 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Regarding Capital Management Proprietary Limited (on behalf of its clients), has acquired a
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company ("the securities"), such that its
beneficial interests in the securities amount to 5.03% of the total number of shares in issue.

The Company confirms that it has received the required notice from
Regarding Capital Management Proprietary Limited in terms of Section 122(1)(a) of the Act.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
