Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('the Rules'), the Company notifies the
market of the following:
As at 25 November 2021, the issued share capital of the Company comprises of 1,266,941,899
ordinary shares of US$0.50 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in
Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,266,941,899. This figure may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
