Shareholders are hereby advised of the sale of shares in the open market by the administrator of the
Tharisa Share Award Plan (TSAP), on behalf of all participants of the TSAP, to cover the tax obligations
resulting from the vesting and settlement of the Conditional Awards on 30 June 2020, as provided for in
the rules of the TSAP. These shares were sold as a collective to ensure equitable pricing for all participants
in the scheme.
