RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2020


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 9.75% to R12.035 million, from R13.335 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline loss per share decreased by 37.2% to 20.6 cents per share, from 32.8 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share decreased by 38.5% to 20.6 cents per share, from 33.5 cents per share
     in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline loss and loss per share decreased mainly due to the increase in the weighted
     average shares in issue and was not due to an improvement in operational performance.
