In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Exxaro     
advises that Dr CJ Fauconnier, presently the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")    
will retire from the board with effect from 31 August 2007.                     
Shareholders are advised that, Mr SA Nkosi will succeed Dr CJ Fauconnier as CEO 
on 1 September 2007, as disclosed in the Revised Listing Particulars of Exxaro  
dated 9 October 2006.
