CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Kaamilah Finch (“Ms
Finch”) and Mr Gregory Mark Bortz (“Mr Bortz”) have been appointed as non-executive
directors of the Company with effect from 27 March 2023.

Ms Finch is a human resource professional with a BCom Honours degree in industrial
psychology, a registered psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa,
and a Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board of People Practices. Ms Finch
has over 16 years' human resources management experience.

Mr Bortz is a chartered accountant holding a BBusSci degree with an honours in finance, as
well as a postgraduate diploma in accounting. Mr Bortz has over 30 years' experience in
accounting, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, and public and private
investing. Mr Bortz is the sole director and chairman of GMB Investments Proprietary Limited
and its wholly owned subsidiary GMB Liquidity Corporation Proprietary Limited.

The Board welcomes Ms Finch and Mr Bortz and looks forward to their contribution to the
Company.
