CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised of the following changes to the board:


John Poluta will retire as independent non-executive director from the board of Stefanutti Stocks with
effect from 13 March 2023 due to health reasons. John has served on the board since July 2017 and
served as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.


Howard Craig will be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 13 March
2023. Howard was appointed to the board In April 2015 and currently serves as Remunerations
Committee Chairman and as a member of the Nominations Committee and Social and Ethics
Committee.


The board expresses its appreciation to John for his valued contributions, insight and guidance over the
years and wishes him all the best for the future.
