POSTING OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Ellies has today posted a notice of general meeting of shareholders, which
general meeting is to be held at the Pyramid Conference Centre, 96 Eloff Street Extension, Village Deep,
Johannesburg, 2001 at 10:00 on Thursday, 28 November 2019 to consider, and if deemed fit, pass, with or
without modification, ordinary resolutions with regard to the adoption of a new Long Term Incentive Plan
(“LTIP”) by the company.
The notice is available on the company’s website at https://elliesholdings.com/shareholders-diary/
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the general meeting is
Tuesday, 19 November 2019 and the record day for voting purposes is Friday, 22 November 2019.
A copy of the LTIP is available for inspection during normal business hours, Monday to Friday between
09:00 and 17:00 at the registered office of the company, being 94 Eloff Street Extension, Village Deep,
Johannesburg, 2001 from Wednesday, 30 October 2019 until Wednesday, 27 November 2019.
