The CoreShares S&P Global Property Exchange Traded Fund (“CoreShares Global Prop”) portfolio, a
portfolio in CoreShares Global Investments PCC (A Mauritius protected cell public company limited
by shares). The Fund is an approved Foreign Collective Investment Scheme in terms of Section 65 of
the Collective Investment Scheme Control Act 2002. The Fund is managed by CoreShares ETF
Manager Limited (“CEM” or “the Manager”) and is further represented in South Africa by CoreShares
Index Tracker Managers RF (Pty) Ltd.

DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of CoreShares Global Prop securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect
of the six months ended 30 September 2017. The distribution of 26.17637 cents per CoreShares
Global Prop security will be comprised as follows:


Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20 %) (Gross)                         26.17637 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20 %)                                         5.23527 cents
Resultant net dividend                                                   20.94110 cents


The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares Global Prop securities who were recorded
in the register on 29 September 2017 and will be paid on 18 October 2017.
