Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 30 November 2020, detailing the award of
Forfeitable Performance Shares to certain Omnia employees. The Omnia shares required to satisfy the award
of the Forfeitable Performance Shares were purchased in the market as detailed in the SENS announcement
of 30 November 2020.

The Forfeitable Performance Shares were due to vest, subject to certain performance conditions, on the soonest
practicable date after 31 March 2023. The performance conditions have been met and the Forfeitable
Performance Shares have now vested as follows:
