RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listing Requirements Barloworld shareholders are advised that Ms
Andiswa Ndoni has resigned as company secretary with effect from 31 October 2021. The Company has commenced
a process to appoint a suitable replacement to Ms Ndoni and shareholders will be advised once an appointment has
been made.

The Board would like to thank Ms Ndoni for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
