CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of Adapt IT (“the
Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that with effect from 26 October 2012, Craig Chambers has been
appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Dr Bernard Ravno, who is retiring from his
role as Independent Non-Executive Chairman.

Craig, who is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst, joined the Company in May 2011 as Lead Independent
Non-Executive Director. He obtained his BCom degree - majoring in accounting - from the University of the
Witwatersrand and a post-graduate Business Administration Certificate from Wits Business School.
Following 15 years as an asset manager, Craig is currently the Managing Director of Old Mutual Global
Index Trackers, a fund management business which manages South African and international assets in
excess of R48 billion.

Shareholders are further notified that following Bernard’s retirement, Tembisa Dingaan, who is an
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nominations
and Remunerations Committee.

The Board thanks Bernard for his contribution to the Company as Independent Non-Executive Chairman
during his tenure and wishes him well in his retirement.
