UPDATE ON INVESTIGATION REGARDING CEO PRESS ARTICLE


After investigation by the Company’s attorneys as announced on 20 August 2021, no factual evidence was
found to support the allegation in The Star newspaper article to implicate the CEO, Mr Nick van der Hoven.
As no charges have been brought against the CEO, the precautionary suspension has been lifted.
