CHANGE IN AUDITORS

The board of directors of Stor-Age, through the audit and risk committee, wishes to inform shareholders that
following the termination of the appointment of KPMG Inc (“KPMG”) as auditors, BDO South Africa Inc (“BDO”)
has been appointed as the Company’s external auditor with Mr Bradley Jackson as the lead engagement audit
partner, effective for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.

The appointment of BDO will be put to shareholders of the Company for approval at the annual general meeting
scheduled in August 2021.

The board expresses its appreciation to KPMG for the services rendered to the Company since its listing in
November 2015.
