On 9 March 2020, the Executive Directors, the Company Secretary of the Company, and the directors of the major
subsidiaries of the Company, accepted rights to participate in the Company’s LTIP. Conditional awards in respect
of ordinary shares in terms of the rules of the LTIP are made and accepted off market, subject to specified
performance conditions measured over a period of three years. These awards will vest if such conditions are met
at the end of the three-year performance period, with effect from 1 January 2020.
