APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD

In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following change to the Company's Board of
Directors (the "Board").

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Ulandy Junine Gribble has been appointed
as an executive director of the Company with effect from 01 September 2025.

Ms Gribble is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with extensive leadership and
financial management experience across the transport, petroleum and media
sectors. She was appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Frontier
Transport Holdings Limited with effect from 01 September 2025. Ms Gribble has held
the position of finance manager of Golden Arrow Bus Services Proprietary Limited,
since 2018, where she where she has overseen key financial operations in Cape
Town's transport sector.

The Board wishes Ulandy well in her new role and looks forward to her contribution.
