FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF THE SPECIAL
DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 29 May 2023,
advising shareholders that the board of directors (“the Board”) of Adcorp had approved and
declared a special gross dividend of 91,3 cents per ordinary share, which special dividend was
subject to the required South African Reserve Bank (“SARB”) approval being obtained for the
declaration of same.

Shareholders are hereby advised that SARB approval for the declaration of the special dividend
has been obtained. Accordingly, the salient dates and times for the payment of the special
dividend are as follows:

 Last day to trade cum special dividend                          Tuesday, 15 August 2023

 Securities commence trading ex special dividend                 Wednesday, 16 August 2023

 Record date for purposes of determining the registered          Friday, 18 August 2023
 holders of ordinary shares to participate in the special
 dividend at close of business on

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 16 August
2023 and Friday, 18 August 2023, both dates inclusive.
