Appointment of Acting Chief Financial Officer


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are advised of the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer Sinenhlanhla Chonco, with effect
from 31 March 2023. The Board is in process of sourcing a suitable permanent candidate to fill the vacancy
and a further announcement in this regard will be released in due course.

Shareholders are advised that Mari-Louise Stoltz (Professional Accountant (SA)) and current Company
Secretary of Advanced Health, will act in the position of acting Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with effect
from 1 April 2023, while the recruiting process will start immediately to replace Sinenhlanhla Chonco.

The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors are satisfied that Mari-Louise Stoltz has sufficient experience
and expertise, with support of the Audit Committee, to fulfil the role of acting Chief Financial Officer, until
such time as a permanent candidate has been appointed.

The directors of Advanced Health thanks Sinenhlanhla Chonco for the valuable contribution she has made to
the Company.
