POSTPONEMENT OF THE PROVISIONAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020 AND GENERAL 
MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS


Shareholders are advised that reviewed condensed consolidated provisional financial results of the ELB
and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) for the year ended 30 June 2020 will not be published today,
8 September 2020 as was proposed in the circular to shareholders dated 14 August 2020 (“the
Circular”) and the Trading Statement dated 7 September 2020. As a consequence, the General Meeting
of ELB shareholders scheduled for 15 September 2020 will be postponed. Further announcements in
this regard will be made in due course including a revised timetable in relation to the corporate actions
proposed in the Circular.
