1. The Fairstore Trust, an associate of Stor-Age’s non-executive director, Graham Blackshaw, has
   transferred Stor-Age shares that were held by the Fairstore Trust for the benefit of one of its
   beneficiaries, Mike Vietri, to a separate entity, in which Graham Blackshaw has no interest.

2. In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
   information is disclosed in respect of this transfer:
