NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Vukile’s integrated annual report incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 was dispatched to shareholders today and contains no changes
from the condensed consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2015 which were released on SENS on
Tuesday, 26 May 2015.
As set out in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched together with the integrated annual report, the
annual general meeting of the company will be held at 08:00 on Tuesday, 25 August 2015 in the main
boardroom, One-on-Ninth, Corner Glenhove Road and Ninth Street, Melrose Estate, 2196, Gauteng.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Thursday, 6 August 2015. The record date for voting purposes is Friday, 14 August 2015.
