In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of

2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,

2011, shareholders are advised that on the 2 December 2013, Lewis Group

Limited had been notified that:







   -   Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, on behalf of itself, in its capacity as

       investment manager and on behalf of its affiliates who are also

       acting as investment managers of the accounts have acquired shares in

       the company such that Dimensional Fund Advisor LP’s total beneficial

       interest in the company has increased to 5.001% of the issued capital

       of the company.







   -   Old Mutual PLC (“Old Mutual”) acquired shares in the company, such

       that Old Mutual’s total beneficial interest in the company has

       increased to 9.83% of the issued capital of the company.
