CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms. Bharti Harie
(“Bharti”) has been appointed as chairman of the Board with effect from 9 December 2022.

The Board congratulates Bharti and looks forward to her further contributions to the Company.
