STRATEGIC REVIEW OF ADVANCED HEALTH


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by AVL on 15 June 2022 and are advised that the
strategic review of the Advanced Health group is ongoing. AVL confirms that it has received inbound
approaches from several parties interested in a potential acquisition of its shares within PresMed Australia,
the Australian subsidiary of AVL.

The appointed AVL sub-committee is now further evaluating these approaches, with the assistance of its
Australian advisors, Monash Advisory. There are no assurances that the AVL board will decide to pursue, nor
that any transaction or transactions will materialise. Shareholders do not need to take any action in relation
to this. AVL will continue to keep shareholders informed about the progress and outcomes of the current
evaluation process.
